NAVEG: the aesthetic academy for Dutch and Belgian doctors
Introduction
Last couple of years many businesess focussed on the aesthetics. This of course due to the exponentially growing market in this field. As many companies developed fillers, botulinum toxin and other different kinds of aesthetic interventions, there was still lack of solidarity in sharing knowledge in the Netherlands in our opinion. There were a long time already other companies focussing in other parts of the world on improving the techniques and sharing knowledges. The NVCG and NVEG already existed before starting this idea. The NVCG tough, is not accessible to everyone. NVEG on the other hand is accessible to every other medical professional despite their experience. There are no bad or good associations. All that counts is helping each other in good and bad times, yes like marriage.
Our goal
With the settlement of NAVEG, we focuss on improving and keeping up with the knowledge with the rest of the world regardless of someone’s experience or talents. NAVEG is meant to give aspiring aesthetic doctors, cosmetic doctors, dermatologists, plastic and cosmetic surgeons the experience and knowledge they need and more. The NAVEG will be a big library for sharing everyone’s knowledge and experience. For this, we are really excited to see our collegues as collaborators and not as competitors. There is a saying by Nelson Mandela: If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”. Based on this, we are inviting our friends, colleagues for participation.
